Event date and times:
April 21, 2012 9:00am to 4:00pm
BOOTH PRICES
Early Bird price $65.00 for 12ft. x 12ft. space. After 3/23/2012 booth price is $85.00. A $25.00 refundable attendance fee is required for each booth. Vendor must check out at or after 4:00pm for attendance fee refund at the Garden Fest office located in the classroom.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Space Reservation fees taken immediately and up to March 23, 2012. Full space rate due, payable and postmarked by March 23, 2012. Any booth reservation after March 23, 2012 increases to $85.00 per booth. Any cancellation after March 23, 2012 will forfeit the $25.00 attendance fee.
PERMITS

MOVE IN
You may begin setting up your displays on Fri. April, 20th, from 10.00am to 6:00pm. and on Sat. April 21th from 5:00am to 8:30am. Booths must be completed and ready no later than 8:30am April 21st.
SECURITY
Security will be provided to patrol Friday, April 20, 2012. Bakersfield College, Kern Community College District and Garden Fest officials do not warrant or otherwise insure by this term the exhibits will be free from theft, vandalism or other mishaps before the event. Vendor expressly waives any and all claims against Bakersfield College, Kern Community College District and Garden Festwhich may arise as a result of security staff failing to prevent harm to exhibits or otherwise perform satisfactorily.
CHECK IN AT SHOW
Immediately upon arrival for set-up, check in at your designated entrance gate with a Garden Fest official. Student Ambassadors will assist with unloading at the gate and booth location. No automobiles are allowed inside the grounds. Vendors will be directed to parking after check in.
MOVE OUT
Vendors may begin moving out after 4:00pm. No one is to tear down before this time. Vendor must check out at or after 4:00pm for attendance fee in the Garden Fest office located in the classroom.
UNOCCUPIED SPACE
In the event a Vendor has failed to occupy the space contracted for by 8:30am, Saturday, April 21, 2012, Garden Fest Officials shall have the right to utilize such space in any manner suited to its purposes. However, Vendor will not be released from its duties, and obligations under this contract and Garden Fest Officials will not refund any monies paid for reservation of the vendor space.
CANCELLATION
A written notice of cancellation is required no later than March 23, 2012. Vendor is responsible for full payment of booth space contract by March 23, 2012.
TABLE AND CHAIR RENTALS
Tables and chairs will be available to rent. Tables are 8 Ft. and rent for $10.00. Chairs rent for $1.00 each. The tables and chairs will be put in your booth space ready for you to set up. Please include payment for these rentals in a seperate check.
