Agriculture Business Management

The Agriculture Business Management major is made up of agriculture and agricultural business courses pertaining to the agriculture industry. Many jobs in agriculture require training in business courses such as accounting, finance, marketing, and sales. With a combination of agriculture and business courses, many employment opportunities are available. Agriculture Business Management Associate in Arts Degree is recommended for students planning to transfer to a 4-year college or university. 

Required Courses: 20 units of Agriculture classes (see below) plus General Education pattern (see p40-41 of B.C. catalog).

Associate in Science Degree
Agriculture Business Management

The Agricultural Business Management major is made up of agriculture and agricultural business courses pertaining to the agriculture industry. Many jobs in agriculture require training in business courses such as accounting, finance, marketing and sales. With a combination of agriculture and business courses, many employment opportunities are available, particularly in California, the number one agriculture state in the U.S. This degree program is suited for the student wishing to earn a 2yr Associate degree and move into the work force.
