Mayor Hall presents his trophy to Jose Lopez who won for his 1973 Chevy C-10.
Best in Show Trophy
Robert Seibly won the Best in Show trophy for his 1985 El Camino. Robb is a member of the El Camino Club of Bakersfield.

Rafael is an Ag Ambassador and organizer of the Mean and Green Car Show. He is also a member of the El Camino Club of Bakersfield.
